Nuclear Medicine / PET Technologist - Tallahassee, FL, US

Relocation and Sign on Bonus Available

Job Type : Full Time

Shifts : Days(10am to 6pm)

Job Summary :

Coordinates patient exams to maintain workflow.

Assists in scheduling patient exams

Order, prepare, and administer radiopharmaceuticals for diagnostic imaging procedures.

Acquires and processes diagnostic imaging procedure records for radiopharmaceutical administration to patients. Records patient history and information pertinent to the exam.

Receives and records appropriate information regarding the receipt and disposal of radioactive materials and pharmaceuticals.

Requests and coordinates all necessary patient information including medical history, physician orders, and insurance authorization.

Requirements :

Graduate of an AMA-approved school of nuclear medicine technology.

Minimum of one year experience in nuclear medicine.

Registered by either the ARRT or NMTCB and state license (Required)
