A company is looking for a Physical Design Supervisor to support their Substation Engineering group in a remote work capacity. Key Responsibilities Lead a team of designers in the design, development, installation, and maintenance of electrical substations Manage physical design projects, including resource planning, risk management, and project delivery Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and coordination throughout project lifecycles Required Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in the design of electrical substations Experience managing physical design projects, including budgeting and scheduling Proficiency with current software applications used for substation design work Ability to work effectively with remotely located team members Ability to pass a post-offer drug and alcohol test in compliance with Federal regulations
