This unique position was created to coordinate daily guest arrivals and enrich the guest experience. As a rockstar in the Front Office you will help us craft inspired workplaces that enable all Associates to deliver kick-ass guest experiences and maximize investor returns ! Position Responsibilities :

• Coordinate daily arrivals (including Bonvoy, Mobile and amenities) with all hotel departments
• Passion for providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay
• Create a positive team-oriented environment focused on the guest
• Flexibility with schedule, weekends required
• Assist with the Sales and Marketing efforts
