Job descriptionCollaborate with a team of technical analysts and / or developers and oversee projects and provide support as needed. Create dashboards and reports that drive business insights. Consult with users to identify current operating procedures and to clarify program objectives. Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Write documentation to describe program development, logic, process flows, and specifications. Manage user requests according to business needs and priorities. Participate in discussions to analyze and improve business processes within the departments Mentor peers and junior team members, and promotes a knowledge-sharing environment. In alternative, we will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or foreign equivalent and 4 years of experience in IT for the Healthcare Industry or any related occupation. 4 years of experience with developing dashboards in Tableau 4 years of experience with Macros in Excel and other advanced Excel calculations 4 years of experience with SQL server or postgres database experience using DBeaver or similar tools 4 years of experience with Data querying and ETL skills 4 years of experience with developing business intelligence workflows, optimization, and batch processing algorithms 4 years of experience with defining and implementing KPIs for Healthcare 4 years of experience with knowledge of Data Warehousing fundamentals such as ETL, SQL query processing, stored procedures, and table architecture 4 years of experience with healthcare business experience including PII / PHI / HIPAA data handling and security, provider education, and provider rostering / enrollment.
