As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Robert Simon - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, and Life Insurance.

QUALIFICATIONS :
Compensation : $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
