Job Description
MainStreet Property Group, a full-service developer based in Kirkland, is looking for a Development Analyst to assist with the underwriting of commercial mixed-use multi-family projects. This position will participate in financial analysis and modeling of multiple projects simultaneously. MainStreet Property Group develops properties on the greater Eastside of Seattle, so all projects are local. Projects can be found at The candidate must have real estate analyst experience, acute analytical skills in addition to a strong business acumen. The position requires the ability to develop, implement, and manage processes, financial modeling and reporting.
Responsibilities :
- Financial modeling of acquisitions, dispositions, new developments, and recapitalizations.
- Conducting asset management analysis and supporting management of the existing portfolio.
- Developing market research for new and existing projects.
- Supporting internal reporting processes.
- Assisting in due diligence for potential investments and development opportunities.
- Preparing investment committee and project-related memoranda and business plans
- Completing special projects to support the development and asset management team as required.
Qualifications :
Salary Range : $85,000 - $120,000 plus 10% annual bonus potential
