Qualifications and responsibilities for this CNC Programmer position include :

• High School Diploma or GED required (2-year Machining Technology degree preferred); develop and maintain CNC programs for multiple machines.
• Strong horizontal mill setup experience (FANUC controls preferred) and horizontal lathe with live tooling experience; program and prove out new and existing jobs.
• Proficiency in G & M code and Macro-B operations; troubleshoot machining and process issues on the plant floor.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T; inspect parts to ensure conformance to specifications.
• Experience with CAD / CAM and simulation software (Solid Edge, MasterCAM, NCSimul preferred); design fixtures and optimize machining processes.
• Working knowledge of speeds, feeds, tooling, and machine shop math; select cutting tools and define machining processes.
• Strong documentation skills; maintain revision-controlled program files and operator instructions.
• Ability to train operators and collaborate with production and engineering teams; support quality control and continuous improvement initiatives.

Salary : $34 - $43 per hour, commensurate with experience, plus monthly bonus (budgeted at 20% of base monthly salary, flexing based on company performance; plant average approximately 17%).
