PAY RANGE

The Target Pay Range for this position is $104,000.00-$126,900.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $80,800.00 - $150,200.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.

Benefits

Employees and their eligible family members have access to a wide array of employee benefits, such as medical, dental, vision and life insurance coverage. Employees have access to disability and AD&D insurance. We also offer health care and dependent care flexible spending accounts, as well as health savings accounts, to eligible employees. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan and employer-funded retirement plan. Newly hired employees accrue 6.16 hours of paid time off (PTO) on a per pay period basis based on hours worked (up to a maximum of 160 PTO hours per year) and receive ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year. To join our dynamic team, we require candidates to be residents of WA, OR, ID, AZ, TX, GA, or SC.

If you’re located in Washington state and within a reasonable driving distance from Tukwila, we are requesting that you come into our HQ on Tuesdays & Wednesdays.For those candidates that live outside the commute distance of TFC and in any of our approved remote work locations, this role will be remote. Remote or onsite, we are committed to ensuring you are fully engaged and included in our collaborative environment.

Sr. Marketing Data Analyst

You’ll bridge the gap between advanced analytics and marketing execution, driving smarter campaigns and more informed decisions. Your work will empower teams across Marketing, Product, and Credit Card with real-time performance dashboards, accurate forecasts, and compelling data storytelling. What You’ll Do

Lead Forecasting & Goal Setting : Own the enterprise planning and forecasting for membership and consumer engagement, collaborating closely with channel stakeholders, Finance, and leadership. Define Success Metrics : Partner with marketing program managers to create consistent KPIs, business rules, and workflows to assess digital marketing effectiveness. Build and Maintain Dashboards : Design and automate intuitive dashboards that bring campaign performance and business goals into sharp focus. Train users across the org to access insights when they need them. Analyze & Present Strategic Insights : Conduct complex, multivariate analyses and communicate key findings to executives in a clear, impactful way. Uncover Member Trends : Dive into member and market demographics, behaviors, segmentation, and product adoption trends. Query Data Efficiently : Write robust queries that connect diverse data sources using tools like Alteryx, SQL, and cloud-based platforms. Ensure Data Quality & Compliance : Create strong validation procedures and ensure documentation meets Data Governance, Audit, and Compliance standards. Support Persona & Journey Work : Use profiling data to enrich our member journey and segmentation strategies. Measure Campaign Impact : Track and analyze A / B test performance, highlighting statistically significant results that guide future strategy. Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Work closely with teams across Marketing, Product, and Credit Card to deliver cohesive, data-driven strategies.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience Minimum 5 years navigating and translating complex datasets to provide clarity and actionable insights to stakeholders using SQL, Snowflake, Tableau, Python, or similar tools Proficiency in reporting and visual analytics tools Strong business acumen and data storytelling skills Excellent presentation and project management abilities Experience pulling and analyzing large, complex datasets
