Job descriptionSupport the execution of communications plans, campaigns, and events. Draft social media content and assist with digital strategy and analytics. Help manage timelines, deliverables, and internal communications for client accounts. Assist with client research, competitive analysis, and performance reports. Assist in planning and executing press conferences, client events, and community activations. Coordinate logistics, RSVPs, and onsite support as needed (some after-hours events). Participate in internal brainstorms and strategy sessions. Maintain and update media and project databases. Provide administrative and editorial support to senior team members. Bachelors degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field. 01 year of relevant PR, marketing, communications, or media experience (internships count!). Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling. A proactive, can-do attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Solid understanding of digital and social media platforms you follow trends and know how to use them strategically. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience and proficiency working in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc), Google Workspace and social media management tools. About the Role
Were looking for a driven, detail-oriented, and curious Account Coordinator to join our growing team of strategic thinkers and motivated changemakers.
As an Account Coordinator, youll support integrated communications campaigns that blend public relations, digital strategy, and content creation. Youll work closely with senior team members to manage day-to-day account activities, coordinate media outreach, develop materials, and help bring impactful stories to life.
