Mid-Level QA Engineer

We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Mid-Level QA Engineer to join our team and help ensure the quality and reliability of our hospitality technology solutions. This role involves hands-on testing of video streaming features, hotel TV integrations, digital key functionality, and network-dependent services. You'll work independently on projects, own deliverables end-to-end, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive high-quality releases.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and execute test plans for hospitality-focused features including : Video streaming and playback testing Hotel TV integrations : Reservations, customized welcome screens, and Airplay / casting functionality Digital Keys : Check-in / check-out workflows and mobile key access Validate compatibility and performance on specific hardware (e.g., LG TVs) Own QA deliverables for additional integrations and ensure timely project completion Perform networking-related testing, especially for managed Wi-Fi environments Document test results, report bugs, and work closely with developers to resolve issues Contribute to automation efforts and continuous improvement of QA processes

Pay : $45 / hr.

Skills and Requirements Qualifications : 3-5 years of experience in software QA, preferably in consumer electronics or hospitality tech Strong understanding of video streaming technologies and protocols Familiarity with networking concepts (Wi-Fi, casting, Airplay, etc.) Experience testing on hardware platforms (e.g., smart TVs, mobile devices) Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and documentation skills
