Review and QA / QC all financial packages and mailed documents processed by Intake Analysts

• Responsible for batch reporting and submission to client for checks with no issues, following supervisor approval
• Manage issue resolution by tracking, following up, and documenting when issues are closed
• Skills Needed :

• Ability to interface professionally with the client
• Strong organizational and recordkeeping abilities
• Ability to proactively raise issues when the need arises
• Time management
• Strong communication skills
• This program requires US Citizenship

Position Details :

• Pay Rate / Range : _$22 / hr
