Job descriptionEITHER : A degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management and 5+ years of relevant QC experience , 10+ years of QC experience on projects similar in size and scope without a degree. Experience must be in vertical or horizontal construction for federal clients such as USACE, NAVFAC, or the VA . Current USACE CQM-C Certification . U.S. Citizenship (required for access to federal project sites). Familiarity with EM 385-1-1 safety protocols. OSHA 30 certification . Experience with Procore or RMS platforms for quality and project documentation. Prior experience on VA medical center or Corps of Engineers jobs. Quality Control Manager (QCM) – Federal Construction | Spokane, WA
Location : Spokane, WA (On-site)
About the Role :
Advanced Technology Construction (ATC), a growing Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), is seeking a Quality Control Manager for federal construction projects in the Spokane area . This position plays a vital role in ensuring all project work complies with strict federal quality standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the on-site representative for Quality Control, ensuring compliance with contract documents and agency regulations.
- Implement and manage the Three-Phase QC System in accordance with USACE EM 385-1-1 .
- Coordinate closely with the Superintendent and Site Safety & Health Officer to deliver a high-quality, safe project.
- Maintain QC documentation, oversee testing and inspections, and manage submittals.
- Interface professionally with the federal client and subcontractor teams.
