SafeTech USA operates across the USA through a network of regional support centers located in Los Angeles, Phoenix, Dallas, Houston, Indianapolis, Atlanta, Savannah, and Miami.

We are currently seeking a Quantum Control Administrator to join the corporate IT team at one of our locations in the USA.
Position Purpose:
We are seeking an administrator for our ERP system Quantum Control. This role is responsible for providing support to end-users, ensuring smooth deployment, configuration, and optimal performance of Quantum Control.

  • Software Management: configure and maintain software applications to ensure optimal performance and availability.
  • User Support: Provide technical support to users, addressing software-related issues and troubleshooting problems as they arise.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of software configurations, procedures, and user guides.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the IT team and other departments to ensure software solutions meet organizational needs and integrate with existing systems.
  • Monitoring: Monitor software performance and usage, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Training: Conduct training sessions for users to enhance their understanding and effective use of software applications.

Qualifications:
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a technical education preferably Aerospace related.
  • Experience: Previous experience in software administration or an experienced key user of ERP solutions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP configuration and troubleshooting; familiarity with
    operating systems (Windows) and database management systems (SQL, Oracle).
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications may be beneficial.

Desired Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with users and team members.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure, maintain and support Quantum Control.
  • Manage user access and user profiles.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with home office to resolve software-related problems.
  • Maintain documentation for configurations, updates, and operational procedures.
  • Collaborate with the IT team (Head of IT & Sr. Quantum administrator based in Europe) to ensure optimal workflow efficiency.

Supervisory Responsibilities: No
Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
