Overview
We are a Healthcare Data Analytics company looking for a Manager Software Engineering. In this role you will lead, direct, and manage the day-to-day operations of software engineers. You will manage all the operational aspects of the software development to ensure business and project objectives are met and delivered on time. You will provide administrative, technical, and people leadership for multiple, diverse, and geographically distributed teams. You are responsible for providing feedback to the team and individuals on their performance.
Responsibilities
- Hire, develop, coach, lead and retain top-tier talent, with a focus on building and improving a team and culture that is able to assist in employing best in class practices to support and drive high levels of internal and external customer satisfaction.
- Complete all responsibilities as outlined on annual Performance Plan as well as special projects and other duties as assigned.
- Ensure engineers follow the defined Cotiviti SDLC standards.
- Participate in root cause analysis for the issues encountered and make sure that permanent fix is applied.
- Continuously look for process improvement and optimization opportunities keeping the big picture in mind that can help reduce delivery time and operational cost for the organization.
- Participate in requirement collection, architectural discussions and collaborate with team members to maintain consistency across the products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to find areas of opportunities for automation and quality improvement.
- Provide regular update to management and peers about the ongoing project and enhancements.
- Proven leadership skills, demonstrated ability to mentor, influence and partner with enterprise data operations teams, and engineering to deliver scalable and robust data solutions.

Base compensation ranges from $124,000 to $155,000. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.
