Description :

This position supports the Interoperability Framework (IOF) portfolio in the Automation and Technology Office within the Client's Enterprise Operations Business Area. The candidate selected for this Full Stack Engineer position will support the IOF portfolio of systems and products that enables client's Digital Thread. Successful candidates will work with the IOF Agile Product team and functional stakeholders to implement IT solutions meeting functional requirements and provide ongoing operations & maintenance of the delivered products and services. Responsible for development of IT solutions across all components of software systems through design, integration, implementation, and support. Proficient in infrastructure, Containerization, Cloud, Security, Software Development, Database management systems, Systems Integration, and Automation. Develops using agile processes and common technology stacks.

This is a full-time telecommuting position open to any US based location.

Basic Qualifications :

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of Software Development experience including proficiency in full-stack web development (frontend, backend, database, APIs, and other service types).
• US Citizenship is required for this role
• Experience in Containerization and Container Orchestration Services (i.e., Docker, OpenShift / Kubernetes)
• Experience in Red Hat Middleware solutions (i.e., AMQ, Kafka, Camel)
• Experience delivering software solutions and APIs (ie. SAP, S4 / Hanna, Cameo, Dassault 3DX, PTC Windchill, Siemens Teamcenter)
• Expert with Java, and / or JavaScript languages and frameworks. (i.e., Quark us, Spring-Boot, JPA, JDBC, etc)
• Proficiency with relational Databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL, etc.) and Structured Query Language (SQL)
• Disaster recovery : backups and restores of virtual machines, databases, and network equipment
• Familiarity with DevSecOps, CI / CD Pipelines, and Infrastructure-as-Code
• Troubleshooting / Debugging applications
• IT experience of any combination in system / database / network planning & administration
• Experience on Agile development programs. (Jira, Atlassian)
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience / combined education, with 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Master's degree. Considered career, or journey, level.
