Pay Range : $85,000 to $115,000 annually

Job Summary :

Albers Aerospace is a rapidly growing aerospace and defense company with over 550 teammates in 34 states and several countries. The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the end-to-end recruitment process, developing strategies to attract, source, and hire top talent, and ensuring a positive candidate experience while collaborating with hiring managers and HR to meet organizational staffing goals.

Essential Job Functions :

  • Create and implement comprehensive talent acquisition and recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified talent and to promote the organization as a top employer.
  • Develop local workforce assessments and conduct salary and pay research to inform hiring practices.
  • Work with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, define candidate requirements, and ensure alignment between recruitment efforts and business goals.
  • Oversee candidate sourcing, talent evaluation, job advertising, and the entire interview process to build a robust candidate pipeline.
  • Develop and refine workflows for a seamless and efficient candidate experience, from initial application to final onboarding.
  • Manage salary negotiations, present job offers, and facilitate the offer acceptance process.
  • Implement, manage, and leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies to streamline processes.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies and identify areas for continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of the organization's employer brand to attract top talent.
  • Coordinate and attend career fairs and other recruiting events.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies.

Supervisory Responsibilities :

  • None.
  • Schedule :

  • M-F, 8-5 -Central Time. Ability to work after hours during the week and weekends, as the workload requires.

    Qualifications, Education, and Experience Required

  • Bachelor's degree, and 4+ years recruiting experience.
  • Must be a U.S citizen. Must possess or be able to obtain a Secret security clearance.
  • Proven experience as a talent acquisition manager.
  • Ability to develop long-term plans for talent acquisition that support organizational goals.
  • Excellent ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and the HR team.
  • Strong background in sourcing, candidate assessment, and negotiation.
  • Familiarity with ATS and other HR technologies.
  • Capability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize the hiring process.
  • Skills to navigate challenges and find effective solutions within the recruitment process.
  • Understanding of labor laws and regulations to ensure ethical and lawful recruitment practices.
  • Physical Requirements :

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
  • CONUS travel may be required from time to time.

  • Onsite Required / Office Environment.
  • Occasional Travel : Depending on business needs, occasional travel may be required. Travel requirements are typically infrequent and planned in advance.
