How you can make a difference
The HealthEquity Intern program aims to provide accomplished students the opportunity to develop their skills while supporting the Company’s strategic objectives. Candidates are able to gain real-world experience applying their classroom learnings in a dynamic business environment. They receive coaching and mentoring from an experienced people leader who directs their work and helps ensure their success. HealthEquity interns get the opportunity to sit down with HealthEquity leadership and guest speakers. This speaker series includes our CEO Jon Kessler, our Founder Steve Neeleman, and leaders with expertise in finance, wellbeing, DEI, and recruiting.
What you’ll be doing
Supporting the new IT Architecture organization through development and documentation of Robotic Process Automation as well as general IT design.
What you will need to be successful
- You are looking to grow your skillset in various automation platforms like Power Automate and AutomationAnywhere.
- You are comfortable with the Azure environment and will learn how to tie direct value to the HealthEquity team by targeting specific use cases where automation can enhance repeatable workflows and introduce new capabilities in our business across data, server and endpoint. We have ambitious goals in this space and you would play an important role in achieving them.
- You are comfortable with Power Platform, SQL, JavaScript, Node.js, React, and RESTful API. The ability to work with both on-premises and native cloud systems as we implement these capabilities is a plus.
- We are nothing without crystal clear documentation to support everything we design and build. You will be expected to put ideas to paper, and work with your leadership team to publish enterprise ready designs and adoption guides; you have the ability to let your creativity shine through rich media and interactive adoption plans including videos, animations, or HTML5 while we strive to humanize IT.
- We are embarking on an Agile journey across the different technical teams; we look forward to your participation and the opportunity to grow with us on this exciting new team.
- You are currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
- Our program begins May 13th, 2024 and runs through August 2nd, 2024.
