  • Transformation & Growth RRH is actively investing in PM&R, with system-wide leadership dedicated to expanding rehabilitation services and innovation.
  • Strong Leadership & Administrative Support Work closely with system-wide executives, including the System Executive Medical Director of Neurosciences, and benefit from institutional backing to expand services and recruit talent.
  • Balanced Leadership & Clinical Role Enjoy a flexible clinical-to-administrative ratio, allowing for hands-on leadership while staying engaged in patient care.
  • Mission-Driven Culture RRH's purpose is to uplift humanity through care for our community and become a national model of health and healing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proven success in leading multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Business & Financial Acumen Ability to oversee operations, drive revenue growth, and expand services. MBA or MHA preferred.
  • Servant Leader Mindset Someone who is collaborative, adaptable, and passionate about supporting their team.
