Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Collaborate with Finance, Sales and Operations departments to forecast product revenues
Develop and implement marketing plans for new and existing products
Manage, proactively, marketing programs and influence cross-departmental programs to ensure achievement of strategic and financial objectives for product portfolio
Produce product-oriented content that amplifies unique selling points and differentiation
Lead implementation of key marketing plan tactics and programs: product strategies, pricing, promotions, sales team training and claims development
Perform periodic external market analyses (customers, technologies, competitors, patient populations, insurers, etc.) to optimize strategies, tactics and opportunity assessments
Partner with R&D, Technology, Sales, and other departments to develop new products and services and play an integral role in the new product commercialization process
Interact with customers to develop insights and requirements for new products and programs
Contribute to creating a culture of success and sustainable competitive advantage
Provide technical product training and leadership for the Sales team
Ability to incorporate a wide range of inputs into clear objectives, strategies and action plans
Basic Qualifications
Minimum 5-year's experience in product-oriented marketing position
Bachelor's degree, or higher, from an accredited university
Preferred Qualifications
MBA, from top tier business school
Bachelor degree, with a STEM major or minor
Marketing experience for a medical or dental device manufacturer, ideally FDA Class II devices
Familiarity with Dental, Sleep Medicine, or related industries
Experience leading or participating in New Product Introduction (NPI) processes
Results orientation, self-motivated individual
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to take a scientific approach to marketing
