The Target Pay Range for this position is $117,000 - $147,000 annually. At Antech, pay decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, education, training and budget.

Job Purpose / Overview :

The Sr. Operations Data Analyst is responsible for providing actionable business intelligence and analysis across the Operations functions. The areas of focus will be primarily cost control, operational efficiency, and laboratory performance metrics (TAT and production reports.) The analyst operates as a full spectrum data resource, from ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) activity to report building to strategic insights. While this role operates independently within the Operations function, the Senior Data Analyst will work closely with corporate data and IT teams to ensure alignment with organization-wide data strategies, platforms, and governance standards.

• Collect, organize, and analyze data related to Laboratory Operations, including, but not limited to, workflow, resource utilization, performance and financial metrics.
• Collaborate with leaders in a 'user centric' approach to tool building that ensures requirements are aligned and outputs are optimized.
• Own the end-to-end data lifecycle for reference laboratory Operations.

Build and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from LIS, EHR, billing systems, and vendor sources.

Working Conditions :

The associate is regularly required to apply manual dexterity, including hand / wrist flexibility, for computer keyboarding. The associate frequently is required to sit for extended periods of time, stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. The associate is frequently required to hear and speak in order to use the telephone, make presentations and communicate with people in an office environment. The associate is occasionally required to sit and stoop, bend, kneel, or crouch. The associate must occasionally lift and / or move up to 15 pounds.

The associate will primarily work in a typical office environment including use of cubicles, computers and overhead lighting. Temperature extremes will be minimal to nonexistent. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The associate will be required to use a computer, spreadsheets, data base management, email, and the Internet. The associate may need to use a copy machine, fax machine, and phone system. The associate must occasionally use media equipment such as an overhead projector, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams.
