Position Overview

In this role, you’ll operate a scale weighing aggregate trucks and help our customers as they pick up products. If you enjoy working with a tight-knit team, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in your customer service skills, you’ll feel right at home here.

Wage : $20+ / hr DOE w / potential for overtime.

Location :   Salem, OR - May travel to multiple worksites within the Salem / Stayton / Eugene / Corvallis area to support business demands.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Minimum Requirements

• Proficient with Microsoft Windows applications, ideally having exceptional typing skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Demonstrates the ability to do basic math.
• Must be able to work overtime; potential for nights and weekend shifts as needed.
• Demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively with customers and company personnel via telephone and two-way radio.
• Demonstrates the ability to work independently, without direct supervision.
• Demonstrates ability to work and communicate well with Supervisors, Truck Drivers, Heavy Equipment Operators, and other employees.
• Demonstrates the willingness to learn and work a variety of job tasks.
• Safety minded professional who demonstrates good performance, attendance and punctuality.
• Must pass pre-employment controlled substance testing.
• Must have current US Authorization to work or ability to obtain without company assistance prior to start date.
