We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Executive Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence at Regal Rexnord. This role is critical to identifying , attracting, and hiring executive -level talent who will drive the organization's success across our global footprint. As an Executive Recruiter, you will partner with senior leadership, hiring managers, and HR teams to develop and execute customized recruitment strategies that align with business goals.
Job Responsibilities
Executive Search Strategy
Collaborate with senior leaders to understand business objectives , leadership needs, and critical success factors for executive roles.
Lead end-to-end recruitment process for executive-level roles, including strategy calls , sourcing, candidate engagement, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Develop and execute tailored search strategies to source top-tier talent across business functions.
Build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline for executive roles by leveraging direct sourcing, networking, and industry insights.
Stay informed of industry trends, competitor ac tivities, and talent market dynamics to inform recruitment strategies.
Act as a brand ambass ador, positioning the company as an employer of choice for executive talent through strategic engagement and storytelling.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and hiring managers, providing market insights, talent trends, and recommendations for attracting and retaining top executive talent.
Partner with HR business partners to align recruitment efforts with workforce planning and talent management strategies.
Prepare and present executive candidate slates, updates, and search progress to key stakeholders.
Process Excellence and Reporting
Ensure compliance with internal processes, legal requirements, and recruiting best practices.
Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other tools, providing metrics and insights to drive continuous improvement.
Contribute to the development of the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence initiatives, tools, and resources that elevate the executive recruitment function.
Minimum Qualifications
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business , Human Resources, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in executive recruiting, ideally within a global manufacturing or industrial environment.
Proven track record for successfully hiring for senior-level roles in a complex, global organization.
Skills and Competencies
Exceptional sourcing and networking skills with demonstrated ability to engage passive executive-level candidates.
Strong business acumen and ability to quickly grasp organizational strategy and leadership requirements.
Proficiency in leveraging ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ , and other talent acquisition tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple executive searches simultaneously with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
Knowledge of employment laws and best practices for executive recruiting across various demographic locations.
