As a Field Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the field service operations of the company. You will be responsible for leading a team of field service technicians, ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery to our customers. Your main responsibilities will include scheduling and dispatching technicians, managing service requests, and coordinating with customers and other departments to ensure a seamless service experience.
You will be responsible for identifying areas of improvement in the field service operations and implementing strategies to enhance productivity, customer satisfaction, and overall service quality. Additionally, you will monitor key performance indicators, analyze data, and provide regular reports to senior management.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of previous experience managing field service operations required
- Experience with mechanics and / or power generation equipment highly preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement process improvements
- Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements
