About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Digital Ad Operations Associate to join our Digital Marketing team. This role is responsible for the day-to-day execution of paid digital advertising campaigns targeting high school students across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate has direct platform experience launching and optimizing ad campaigns, with strong attention to detail and technical aptitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution : Hands-on implementation of digital advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat platforms
• Audience Targeting : Configure targeting parameters based on approved media plans to reach high school student audiences
• Ad Setup & Tracking : Launch ads in platforms, implement tracking links, and ensure proper campaign setup according to specifications
• Performance Reporting : Pull campaign metrics including impressions, clicks, CTR, and other KPIs; synthesize data from multiple sources
• Data Analysis : Match platform data with Adobe Analytics data to provide comprehensive performance insights
• Budget Management : Process requisitions and POs in Workday, manage budget codes, and support end-of-month billing
• Content Optimization : Occasionally revise ad content to improve click-through rates and campaign performance
• Vendor Coordination : Liaise with platform representatives and manage reporting from external vendors

Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on experience setting up and launching paid social media campaigns

Experience with Adobe Analytics (Google Analytics experience is acceptable)

You'll join a small but dynamic team that functions like an in-house agency within our organization. We handle all aspects of paid digital marketing from strategy to execution to reporting. This role reports to the Senior Director of Digital Marketing and works closely with internal stakeholders to deliver high-performing campaigns that reach our target audiences.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $37.80 to $42.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
