Develop and present training materials for the Assistance Payments Division and perform as an ongoing expert information resource to Eligibility Technicians regarding program rules, internal processes, and associated computer software, specifically the Colorado Benefits Management System (CBMS), for public and medical assistance programs including SNAP, Medicaid programs, Adult Financial and Colorado Works. All relevant information will be presented in an adult learning environment, to include formal training presentations and facilitation, one on one coaching, curriculum development or assisting with identifying outside training opportunities that may benefit an employee or employees. Ideal candidate traits:
Primary office is located in Greeley but includes occasional travel to Fort Lupton. Reliable, predictable attendance within department business hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. This position is mainly in-person and is not eligible for consistent telework arrangements while in the classroom setting.
