One of our companies is currently looking for a Senior Software Engineer – Performance in Colorado .

This role is ideal for a backend engineer passionate about high-scale distributed systems and performance optimization. You’ll work at the core of a critical mobile measurement platform, helping to design and operate real-time infrastructure that processes billions of events per day. This role involves deep system-level thinking, crafting low-latency services, optimizing attribution logic, and building resilient data pipelines. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, own major technical projects, and have direct impact on how marketers evaluate their campaign effectiveness.

Accountabilities :

• Design and maintain large-scale, event-driven backend systems that support billions of data points daily.
• Implement and optimize core attribution logic, focusing on low latency, reliability, and performance.
• Improve and modernize systems built in Java and Kotlin, enhancing scalability and system throughput.
• Collaborate with product, SDK, data science, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration and shared technical direction.
• Take full ownership of the development lifecycle—from planning and architecture to monitoring and incident resolution.
• Contribute to engineering best practices, system observability, deployment strategies, and incident response.
