Our Managers earn an average of $35-$45/hr (base pay + tips + bonuses + incentives)

What You'll Do as a Sport Clips Manager:

• Coaching, developing, and inspiring your Team Members
• Leading day-to-day operations, scheduling, and store performance
• Cutting on the floor and delivering the MVP Experience
• Helping grow the store's clientele and community presence

Compensation:

• Average Manager pay: $35-$45/hr

Who You Are:

• Experienced and licensed cosmetologist or barber in Oregon
• Strong communicator and natural coach
• Passionate about creating a positive team culture
• Reliable, organized, and confident in leading day-to-day operations
