Job descriptionW-2 Employee Full-time and Part-time options available Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst Must be able to provide direct services in English and Spanish Must have availability Monday-Friday from 3pm - 8pm ET / 12pm - 5pm PT Part time employees : requires 20-30 total hours weekly Basic proficiency with video conferencing software, data collection software, messaging apps, troubleshooting and virtual care platforms. Reliable internet connection and a private, professional workspace. Google Suite experience preferred. Provide remote direct therapy to clients in English and Spanish Implement clinical programming according to the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis Collaborate with Remote Care Delivery Team to ensure client needs are met Conduct remote assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Conduct remote functional behavioral assessments Conduct risk assessments Work with families to identify, evaluate, and to solve barriers to effective care Annual Salary $90K (avg. 33 billable hours weekly) 10K Retention Bonus after 1 Year! Compensation Philosophy : We are committed to pay equity. This role has a fixed salary of $90,000 for our full-time clinicians and is based hours of availability. To ensure fairness and transparency, we do not negotiate above our posted salary.
