Job descriptionActive RN license in the state of New Mexico (or compact state). BSN required; MSN preferred. Minimum of 35 years of nursing leadership experience. Strong knowledge of nursing practice regulatory requirements and healthcare administration. Excellent communication organizational and leadership skills.
Position : Urgent Need Director of Nursing
Location : Las Cruces NM 88007
Payrate : $65$68 / hr
Duration : 09 Weeks Contract
Guarantee Hours : 40 Hours
Shift : 8 : 00 AM 4 : 30 PM
Days : Mon Tue Wed Thu Fri
Responsibilities :
- Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department.
- Manage and direct nursing staff including recruitment training and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with state federal and regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure quality care.
- Coordinate patient care plans ensuring optimal outcomes.
- Monitor and evaluate clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
