Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain custom WordPress websites and landing pages for clients across various industries
- Create custom WordPress themes, custom post types and various other custom WordPress features as needed
- Maintain existing sites, troubleshoot issues and implement new features
- Apply technical SEO best practices to the code
- Collaborate with designers to transform mockups into functional websites
- Work with project managers to meet deadlines and client requirements
- Educate and guide non-technical team members on web development concepts
- Stay current with industry trends, particularly in WordPress development, accessibility, usability and emerging technologies.
