A local client is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Clerical Administrative Clerk to provide essential administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing phones, organizing files, performing data entry, and assisting with various office tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and route incoming phone calls with professionalism and accuracy
Perform data entry tasks with a high level of speed and accuracy
Organize, maintain, and update physical and electronic filing systems
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
Support day-to-day administrative workflows and assist team members as needed
Prepare, update, and distribute documents, reports, and correspondence
Monitor office supplies and assist with ordering as necessary
Provide general clerical support including scanning, copying, and mailing
Qualifications
1–2 years of administrative or clerical experience preferred
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills
