Job Description Summary
Provides standard client support services, assisting internal associates and / or Financial Advisors in researching and resolving escalated issues. Recommends solutions to moderately complex problems. Extensive contact with internal customers.
Job Description
This position follows a regular schedule of 10 : 00 AM to 7 : 00 PM, Monday through Friday.
To prepare for success in the role, all new hires are expected to complete a required training period lasting 6 to 8 weeks, during which the hours will temporarily shift to 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM or 9 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM, based on training availability.
This position follows our hybrid workstyle policy : Expected to be in a Raymond James office location a minimum of 10-12 days a month.
Please note : This role is not eligible for Work Visa sponsorship, either currently or in the future.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Available to assist on all job functions of Cash Management Associate I.
- Answers calls and questions regarding client activity.
- Completes daily reports accurately and timely, reviewing account activity for compliance with
- rules and regulations along with department standards
- Researches any errors or problems concerning entries made at the branch or Home Office level upon request.
- Reviews and corrects disbursement errors as appropriate.
- Assists in training new associates; available for continued training.
- May assist with follow through on escalated calls.
- May be required to post wires and checks to client accounts.
- May be required to process ACH (automated clearing house) profiles and / or periodic transactions.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
