The Prepper will perform tasks in support of assigned area. Required to cross train across company departments based on business needs.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Inspect braid for damage
• Set saw and track for cutting
• Cut and crimp hose to length
• Crimp ferrules
• Check cut-length calculations
• Trim braid
• Pre-tension hose
• Stamp / etch ferrules
• Read and understand Sales / Job Orders and tolerance chart
• Ability to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to understand and follow English instructions

Good basic math skills

Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required

Ability to read a tape measure and convert to decimals
