What you will be doing Leading an advanced manufacturing teams in a dynamic and high-stakes environment. Overseeing the fabrication of complex composite parts and assemblies. Supporting multiple classified programs aligned with ADP's long-range strategic objectives. Ensuring operational excellence by meeting or exceeding schedule, cost, safety, and quality targets. Providing strategic leadership to ensure optimal staffing levels and workforce readiness. Responsible for overall department budgets and scheduling of assets to support program needs. Responsible for build team staffing, safety, quality, schedule, and cost performance. Desired Skills
An LM leader at this level typically has 7-10 years of professional management experience. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Management, Manufacturing, Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education. Previous developmental production experience. CAM training and/or Certification Experience leading &/or implementing continuous improvement activities Experience in the manufacture of advanced composites, structures, systems and coatings. Previous experience with lean manufacturing, corrective action and process improvements Working knowledge of one or more organizations including: Operations, Production Engineering Planning, Production Control, MRP, Quality or Systems Integration.

National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $95,000 - $167,440. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidates final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays.
