Job descriptionMinimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. Experience with MIG welding and maintenance. Mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills. Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions. High school diploma or equivalent. Experience with conveyor maintenance. Prefer experience working on gear boxes. Electrical knowledge (12 / 24V) is preferred but not required. Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems. Ability to read mechanical prints is preferred. Responsibilities
- Work on conveyor equipment and gear boxes.
- Diagnose and repair broken down equipment.
- Perform MIG welding for fabrication and maintenance.
- Weld and fabricate equipment as needed.
- Repair structural members or parts using various welding techniques.
- Fabricate parts based on job scope or projects.
- Operate vehicles and equipment, such as forklifts.
- Gather and analyze information to solve problems.
- Inspect equipment and materials for defects.
