The Support Associate supports a customer and product-focused sales culture by performing various sales operations functions, including merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. Functional Responsibilities Operational Excellence Process merchandise, ensuring items are properly stored, ticketed, and easily located for replenishment. Reorganize merchandise to maximize stock space. Ensure new products are merchandised and represented timely. Enter all receiving documents into the computer system, reconcile invoices, and complete store-to-store transfers and locate requests accurately and promptly. Process visual packet materials, props, signage, and store hardware properly. Participate in pricing changes and markdowns. Alert management to cash supply needs. Assist with visual directives, including floorsets, window changes, and signage placement. Maintain boutique cleanliness and organization. Customer Experience Model and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles, offering a cohesive omni-channel experience. Teamwork and Growth Promote an inclusive, collaborative problem-solving approach. Seek personal development opportunities and feedback. Other duties as assigned. Duties may vary across brands. Qualifications Previous stock or cashier experience preferred. Must be 16 years or older. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Adaptability to company technology. Ability to work mostly standing. Work quickly within strict timelines. Teamwork skills. Exposure to visual merchandising techniques is a plus. Effective communication with customers, associates, and management, including headset use. Attendance is essential. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is required. Physical Requirements Constant walking / standing during 67-100% of shift. Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
