Move-In Coordinator
OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE :
The person holding this position is responsible for assisting the administrative and sales departments of
move-ins and all move-in related activities. You will communicate with residents, families, staff and
outside agencies as well as conduct tours that promote the lifestyle mission, community features and the
benefits of the community. This individual is responsible for carrying out the assigned duties and
responsibilities in accordance with current existing federal and state regulations and established
company policies and procedures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Create a move-in process for every resident that exceeds their expectations and meets or
exceeds company goals
Works with residents and concerned party members in all move-in processes and proceduresResponsible for all move-in paperwork including review of paperwork completedCommunicates with legal and medical professionals, senior entities, referral agencies, and othercommunity contacts
Communicates with all departments the necessary information regarding a new move-in, a moveout and / or tour
Conduct a walk through of apartment to ensure it is move-in ready before resident arrivesOrder and install resident name plate; provide welcome sign and gift by move-in dateWork with new resident welcome committee to meet and orient new resident on first dayServe as a liaison for residents and family members new to the community and ensure that allnew residents have a smooth transition to their new home
Follow all new residents for 90 days after moving in to ensure ultimate satisfaction is achievedand all expectations have been met.
Responds to inquiries from prospects, customers, community members and other interestedparties
As back-up to the marketing and sales department : conduct tours of the community, qualifyprospects, convert qualified prospects to tours and convert tours to deposits using the sales
process
Maintain a thorough knowledge of the community's product and services to effectively andaccurately represent the company to referral sources and prospects.
Performs data entry daily and / or as needed of community software systems such as CRM andEMR
Assist and contribute to community social media platforms such as FacebookAssist in planning and facilitating of internal and external community, life enrichment, marketingand sales activities and events
Attend and participate in in-service meetings and educational programsAssist with administrative and concierge duties as needed / requestedAll other duties as requestedSKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE :
Skills : Google and Microsoft operating platforms
Knowledge : Understanding of Sales Marketing Tracking Tool
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :
High School Diploma or GED requiredOne (1) year of sales experience preferredPHYSICAL DEMANDS :
