This is a client-facing leadership role with enterprise-level responsibility-managing teams across multiple sites and driving excellence in service delivery, operations, and client relations.

- Lead & Inspire : Direct and support 3 General Managers across multiple New York facilities.
- Drive Strategy : Establish and implement short- and long-term goals that align with client needs and company vision.
- Own the Relationship : Serve as the face of the brand to the client-build partnerships, deliver results, and exceed expectations.
- Manage Performance : Ensure operational excellence, P&L success, and continuous improvement.
- Develop Talent : Build and mentor high-performing teams and future leaders.
