Job description

National Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Account Manager to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping drive sales growth by developing and managing relationships with partner firms. This role requires a strong understanding of asset management distribution, sales processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

As a National Account Manager, you may :

  • Develop and manage relationships with partner firms and key national accounts.
  • Identify and pursue new distribution opportunities to increase market share.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, and portfolio management) to align on sales strategies.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to assess client needs and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic adjustments.
  • Provide sales opportunity reports and support forecasting for partner firm needs.

  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in asset management and ETF sales, with a proven track record of success in managing national accounts
  • Series SIE, 7 and 65 or 66 required.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend client conferences, and attend industry events.
  • Compensation and Total Rewards Package :

  • $100,000 - $135,000 annual salary range
  • Bonus potential based on performance
  • Compensation and bonus are commensurate with experience, performance and / or firm profitability
