We are seeking a Lead Product Manager to join our Ads Demand Platform team. As a Lead Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and enhancement of Ads Demand platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, a deep understanding of advertising technology, and a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions in a fast-paced environment.

What The Candidate Will Do

• Develop and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Ads Demand Platform at Uber
• Drive the cross-functional teams (engineering, analytics, Ops, Sales, etc.) teams to set qualitative objectives and quantitative goals for the business
• Monitor and measure launched products and feed insights back into the product development process.
• Clearly communicate product plans, benefits, and results, as appropriate, to a spectrum of audiences, including internal partners and leadership teams.

For New York, NY-based roles : The base salary range for this role is USD$216,000 per year - USD$240,000 per year. For San Francisco, CA-based roles : The base salary range for this role is USD$216,000 per year - USD$240,000 per year. For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
