Our Client is seeking an Account Executive to help them grow their network of installer Partners.
In this role, you will respond to inbound calls from solar and energy efficiency contractors who are interested in providing financing products to their customers as well as make outbound calls to potential partners.
The ideal person for this role can connect quickly with new customers via phone or during web-based presentations, is highly organized, personable, and has a conceptual understanding of residential solar. Success in this role will be measured by onboarding Installer Partners and executing first ppa’s.
Responsibilities Serve as a Primary point of contact for sales and operations for our client's Partner network.
Drive growth by promoting by managing a high volume of client accounts.
Identify upsell opportunities and effectively communicate these to clients and the executive team Provide consultative and strategic marketing guidance for clients
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop, maintain, and grow relationships
- Troubleshoot and optimize campaigns
- Oversee and manage large, complex, high visibility, and strategic client relationships Act as a trusted advisor to our clients, share insights, and continually identify revenue opportunities within an entire organization Executing initial products once partner onboarded Conducting market and competitive intelligence research Tracking metrics to evaluate channel growth Consistently meet and exceed target sales goals Manage documentation :
- EPC agreements, NDA’s, and compliance Provide reporting, analysis, and follow-through to internal staff as needed Make recommendations to optimize our internal and external processes and efficiencies, contributing to reducing the cost of solar energy for our customer Work cross-functionally with clients, executives,s and the operations team.
- Qualifications 4+ years’ Experience in account management to businesses, B2B.
- Experience in Home Energy, General Construction, Finance, and / or Solar industry experience is strongly preferred Knowledge of residential home energy and solar financial products preferred Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proven organizational skills and ability to prioritize Experience with CRM is required, and Zoho preferred 4-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is strongly preferred Compensation Competitive Base Salary, based on experience Quarterly and yearly Bonus plan The ability for growth within the company for top performers.
