Cash Poster

A company is looking for a Cash Poster to perform various cash posting duties for medical and dental claims.

Key Responsibilities

Process remote deposits for paper checks and credit card payments

Accurately post all cash receipts and document claim denials for review

Work with the Billing Specialist team to resolve discrepancies and adjust account balances

Required Qualifications

Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience

1-2 years of previous applicable experience

Experience with reviewing remittance advice and posting cash to insurance claims

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a team environment
