What You'll Do

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location, including business areas and the perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry or suspicious behavior within the financial institution.

Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential threats and provide reassurance to employees, members, and visitors.

Complete detailed and accurate incident reports and daily activity logs as required by Allied Universal and the client site.

Work collaboratively with law enforcement or emergency personnel when necessary during critical incidents.

Remain alert and prepared to respond to security-related incidents, alarms, or emergencies as required by site-specific protocols.

Minimum Requirements

An Armed Guard Card or License is required.

Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
