What Youll Do
Bank Account Management :
Coordinate all aspects of new bank account setups between internal teams and banking partners, including initial requests, due diligence information, beneficial ownership paperwork, and signature coordination.Review Management Agreements and organizational structures to determine correct bank account setup.Manage bank account closures by coordinating with internal teams and the banking partner.Implement and manage treasury services for new and existing accounts.Systems & Platform Administration :
Perform online banking platform administration, including managing access for accounting team members and tracking it internally.Establish new bank accounts, maintain the database, and connect banking partners for reporting and payments within Kyriba; this may include engaging with consultants.Establish new bank account information within Yardi.Collaborate with the Yardi team and banking partners to establish and decision positive pay.Create and manage reports in Kyriba.Maintain project and task-tracking boards in Monday.com.Payment Processing & Support :
Review and approve EFT requests, ensuring adherence to dual control and fraud diligence protocols.Process payments and resolve payment issues as needed.Decision daily positive pay exceptions.Collaboration & Communication :
Serve as a key point of contact for banking partners to address new accounts, closures, limit increases, returns, rejections, and resolve unique scenarios.Act as the owner for requests and correspondence sent to the Treasury inbox.Support and answer inquiries from many internal departments, including AP / AR, Corporate and Real Estate Accounting, Asset Management, Debt and Leasing teams.Work with the Yardi team to enhance and improve current treasury processes.Are you passionate about pushing the limits? Who You Are :
Bachelors degree required.Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in an office environment, with a preference for a background in real estate, accounting, or finance.Banking experience is preferred.Experience with process improvement in the banking and payments and receivables process preferred.A self-starter with a professional demeanor who thrives in a fast-paced environment.Possesses strong critical thinking and process improvement skills.Demonstrates the ability to pivot between tasks, work independently, and collaborate effectively as part of a team.Energetic and resourceful with a strong customer service orientation.Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Google applications.Experience with Yardi and / or Kyriba (or other treasury management platforms) is a plus.Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.Able to handle sensitive and confidential matters.We are an equal opportunity employer.
