This is an excellent opportunity to join a company that has been recognized as one of the best and largest of its kind with over 70 years of success!The Human Resources Generalist will : * Lead the recruiting process, including finding and selecting candidates* Interview candidates with managers and onboard successful candidates* Record and report Environmental, OSHA and Health & Safety information* Distribute and monitor employee performance evaluations on schedule* Coordinate, conduct, and track safety training and events
- Maintain all employee and applicant documentation (including employee personnel files), as dictated by governing agencies* Manage employee benefit processes, including monitoring eligibility, reviewing plans with employees, processing enrollment, cancellation or changes, and verifying billing and payment accuracy* Review and update safety manuals on an ongoing basis* Handle new hire orientation and safety trainingQualifications : * A degree or experience in Human Resources* Superior verbal, written, and presentation skills* Proven time management with high attention to detail
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite* Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects* Passion for helping othersThis is an urgent need!
