Job description
A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Clinical Innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions
Manage the innovation process through all stages, ensuring readiness and value realization
Evaluate new concepts and trends in clinical operations to create innovative solutions that address business challenges
Required Qualifications
5+ years of Program Management experience leading complex initiatives
2+ years of experience in strategy, innovation, or portfolio management within the healthcare industry
Proven ability to produce value and meet performance commitments
Experience driving innovation in cross-functional environments
Master's degree preferred; college degree required with appropriate licensure or certification preferred
