Business Analyst - P&C Insurance

A company is looking for a Business Analyst / Product Owner in the U.S. P&C Insurance Domain.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on scope, priorities, and deliverables

Own the product backlog : define, refine, and prioritize user stories and epics based on business value and stakeholder input

Lead requirements elicitation through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and document findings in BRDs, FRDs, and user stories

Required Qualifications

In-depth knowledge of the U.S. P&C insurance domain, including products and processes

Hands-on experience across the policy lifecycle including quoting, underwriting, and servicing

Proven experience in requirements elicitation and documentation such as BRDs and user stories

Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize a product backlog using Agile / Scrum methodologies

Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards in the insurance domain
