IT Project Manager

Silotech Group is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead pivotal internal technology projects with a focus on ERP systems and software development.
This role encompasses driving project lifecycles, collaborating with both internal and external technical resources, and aligning project outcomes with strategic business goals.
Additionally, the Project Manager will contribute to our Project Management Office (PMO) for process enhancement initiatives and work alongside the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team to fortify our quality management processes.

Essential Role and Responsibilities
- Project Lifecycle Management : Oversee the entire lifecycle of ERP-related projects using Agile methodologies and Scrum management, from initiation through to closure.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Develop project requirements in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Scope and Resource Management : Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets to deliver projects on time and within allocated resources.
- Technical Coordination : Liaise with internal and external technical teams, including vendors and consultants, to achieve project goals.
- Software Solution Implementation : Work with technical teams to design and implement software solutions that meet business needs.
- Vendor Management : Manage vendor and third-party service provider relationships to ensure adherence to quality standards and contractual obligations.
- System Integration : Oversee the integration of ERP and related systems, ensuring smooth functionality and user adoption.
- Process Improvement : Assist in the PMO with initiatives aimed at enhancing project management processes and methodologies.
- Quality and Compliance Collaboration : Collaborate with the GRC team to ensure projects meet quality management standards and contribute to compliance and risk management.
- Budget and Reporting : Manage project budgets and resources efficiently and provide detailed project reports and updates to senior management.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Experience
- Proven experience managing projects, particularly with ERP systems and software development.
- Extensive knowledge of Agile development methodologies and Scrum management.
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of managing diverse teams and interacting effectively with all organizational levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Certifications
Certifications such as PMP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or similar.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with platforms like Salesforce, ADP, Concur, Costpoint, and cloud environments such as AWS and Azure.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365.
- Experience in a technology or consulting environment.
