POSITION SUMMARY :
As a Senior Project Safety Manager, your core responsibility is to ensure a safe and healthy environment on your assigned project. You'll work closely with all levels of project management and field supervision to align on operational priorities and lead efforts focused on identifying, avoiding, and eliminating jobsite hazards. Your primary mission? Prevent incidents, injuries, and losses by driving a proactive safety culture where accountability and communication keep everyone protected and empowered every day.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- New worker safety orientation
Lead all new worker orientations on site, delivering clear, impactful safety onboarding.
Keep orientation materials up to date with site conditions and lessons learned.Task Hazard Analysis (THA)Support both Pepper teams and trade partners with meaningful THAs.
Participate regularly in crew THA meetings to ensure hazards are addressed.Collect and file all safety paperwork including :Site specific safety plans

The Senior Project Safety Manager shall have no other duties than safety related tasksMust meet one of the following :Degreed safety professional with at least 7+ years of safety related tasks in the construction industry
Certified Safety Professional (CSP) as recognized by the Board of Certified Safety Professionals with at least 5+ years of construction experienceHave completed the OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety course and possess at least 10 years of full-time safety experience in constructionCOMPETENCIES :
