A company is looking for a Director of Sales, Account Management.
Key Responsibilities
Establish a pipeline of opportunities through customer data mining and cross-department referrals
Manage a team of Sales Managers and Sales Representatives, focusing on training and performance management
Meet or exceed sales targets and monitor performance metrics related to sales activities
Required Qualifications
Current sales management / leadership experience, preferably at the Director level
5+ years of demonstrated selling success, with SaaS, PaaS, or Tech Sales experience required
Experience in building teams and managing performance effectively
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
Comfortable managing pipeline activity and forecasting outcomes in a fast-paced environment
